How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
How do I add a new aircraft to the system?
Navigate to Aircraft Management → Add Aircraft. Fill in the required information including tail number, make, model, and aircraft type. Click "Add Aircraft" to save.
How do I log flight hours?
Flight hours are automatically calculated when you complete a flight. Set the flight status to "COMPLETED" and ensure all required fields (block time, flight time, landings, etc.) are filled in.
Can I access Fly365 on mobile devices?
Yes! Fly365 is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Download the app and login with your credentials.
How do I submit an expense report?
Go to Expenses → Submit Expense. Upload receipts, enter expense details, and submit for approval. You'll receive a notification when your expense is approved or requires changes.
What browsers are supported?
Fly365 works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
How do I enable push notifications?
On mobile: Go to Settings → Notifications and enable push notifications. On web: Allow notifications when prompted by your browser.
How is my data protected?

Troubleshooting

I can't log in to my account
